House Check up |

To
ensure that your home meets the construction standards
we provide automatic, free, house check-ups when you
first move into your home.
Before
you move:
Your
home will be thoroughly checked by one of our Maintenance
Inspectors, to ensure everything is in perfect working
order - electrical sockets, taps, air-conditioning, showers,
TV, telephones etc
After you
move in:
The
day after you move, a Resident Co-ordinator will visit
you to ensure everything works properly and check if you
need anything
One
month after you move in, you and a member of the maintenance
team will complete a House Check-up Report
A further House Check-up will be completed after 3 months
and prior to you paying your final 5% of the purchase
price. |
