Having selected your plot and the type of property you require, whether on the standard or upgraded package, we now encourage you to secure your chosen home by placing the reservation fee with us.

Should you require visiting the site we would asist you as much as possible with our personal contacts for your travel arrangments.

We have also made arrangements with First Caribbean International Bank to offer our clients a mortgage package. Please ask for further information.
